Product processing
After payment for the product, the Seller is required to perform thermal treatment (horn burning) with deep freezing at a temperature of -18°C
Rosselkhoznadzor inspection
After all procedures are completed, employees of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) are invited to inspect each horn. Any defective items are rejected. Only after this inspection is permission granted to the Buyer for the export of animal origin raw materials from the Russian Federation
Full set of documents
All products have a complete set of documents: Veterinary certificate, Mercury (Rosselkhoznadzor), International Quality Certificate, laboratory tests, Customs Declaration, Accompanying documents (International Agreement, Invoice).

Place of shipment: Novy Urengoy, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia.
Processed Products
This is what our product looks like after all the procedures for export with an international certificate in Russian and English, with a laboratory test protocol, and with permission from Rosselkhoznadzor.
Packaging
Packed in strong cardboard boxes. The weight of the product in one box is 15-16 kg. Placed on a Euro pallet, 4 boxes per pallet. The weight of one pallet is 60-65 kg of products (antlers, velvet antlers).
Delivery to the Buyer
Logistics (delivery) to the end buyer is carried out by rail transport, in refrigerated containers - 40 feet. Loading in one refrigerated container is 10-11 tons.
